Neural Networks, Dreaming, Edge Simulation

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Entire OS can be run inside itself - a virtual instance of the OS can be constructed with it's own programs and drivers
  2. Feed forward ANNs can be trained, used, saved, and loaded
  3. ANN can be trained based on robot/vehicle sensor data and actuator commands
  4. System can simulate itself using a trained NN model and virtual OS instance
